Every product we sell is supported by a FSMA compliant, HACCP based Risk Assessment designed to protect our customers against the risk of food safety-related incidents within the supply chain. As a BRC Certified food manufacturer, we recognize the importance of investing in the safety of the food we make. Raw material ingredients, dried spices, and vegetables have unique food safety characteristics that need to be managed in the context of their intended applications, and OSC Food Safety and Product Development teams collaborate to keep every one of our products safe.
